Please do not wash, dryclean or alter your garment in any way
Garment care is included in the cost of renting so I do this upon its return ready for the next renter.
To return
All rental orders will arrive with a prepaid labelled return courier bag. Please pop your rental back in here and drop to your nearest NZ POST shop the first working day after your event. Eg. If you have hired your garment for a Friday, Saturday or Sunday event, this will need to be packed and with NZ Post by end of business on Monday
Refunds
Refunds will not be provided if the garment does not fit correctly or ‘look right’ on you. Please get in touch with me if you are unsure about sizing, style or fit, as a refund will not be processed if the garment does not fit. If you need any more information, measurements or photos of the garment you wish to rent please let me know before renting.
Refunds will not be processed for issues or delays that may cause late delivery. Garments are sent out with plenty of time to arrive, if for any reason your rental doesn’t arrive in time due to courier delays, you will be issued a store credit.
A refund will only be processed if the rental(s) arrives damaged i.e. stained, torn, ripped. This is very unlikely as rentals are cleaned and ironed before being sent. Photo evidence of the damage will be required the same day the item arrives.
Late fees
A late fee of $25 per day for every day that the garment is not returned will be charged.
Damage
The renter will incur additional charges if the garment is returned late, damaged or no longer wearable. You will be charged for the repair or the full RRP of a garment if it is not able to be repaired.
